Shipping Policies

Items ordered at Creative Beauty Concept are shipped exclusively by USPS; therefore a street address is required for all orders. We offer a variety of USPS shipping methods and you can check costs from your shopping cart at any time. Processing times for in-stock items is normally 2-3 business days. USPS Delivery times do not include processing time.

We now ship products globaly. Items in a multi-item order may be shipped separately and from different locations.

Return Policies

We'll issue you a full refund to your PayPal account for the price of any item that you return if you contact our Returns Department within 30 days AND if we receive the product within 60 days of the PURCHASE date. After the 30 and/or 60 days have passed, we may elect to allow the exchange, at our discretion. Please contact our customer service department. After 30 and/or 60 days, any return agreed to can only be in the form of an in-store credit. The credit for your returned items cannot be exchanged for cash. If you are returning a gift, we will issue the refund directly to the gift recipient in the form of an online store credit.

To start the return process at any time, please email rma@creativebeautyconcept.com and make sure to enter all of your information, including your e-mail address and/or account login name. We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping costs. Our goal is to return all correspondence within 24 hours.

It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue an online store credit if you are a gift recipient or authorized exception return. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. On refunds, PayPal will show an immediate credit upon completion of the return process. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service. Also please use the following procedures to ensure there are no delays in processing your return.

1. To make it easy, place the unused item in its original condition and use the original packaging to ship your product.
2. Print out the Return Merchandise Authorization e-mail (mandatory) AND original invoice (if available) and place them in package with the returned product.
3. Clearly write the RMA number and address information from the RMA e-mail on the outside of the package. We recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number for your protection.
